Products Description:
Organic heat carrier boiler is a new type of special boiler,also known as heat transfer oil boiler, with low pressure and high temperature operating characteristics.Its heating temperature can reach 340℃in the liquid phase or 400℃in the vapor phase.Organic heat carriers can be used in various production oocasions where the prooess heating temperature is between 150℃ and 380℃,which requres uniform and stable heaing and does not allow direct flame heating.
The horizontal biomass heat transfer oilfurnace uses biomass and wood as fuel and heat transfer ollas medium.Ituses the hot oil circulating ollpump to force the medum to carry out liquid phase croulation.The heat energy is transfered to the heat equipment and then returned to the heating furnace for reheating.It has the ability to obtain high operating temperature under low pressure and can carry out high-precision control of the medium operation.The system has a high heat utiization rate.Due to the overall installation of the module and the convenient operation and maintenance,it is a safe,efficlent and energy-saving ideal heating equipment.
1.The lowpressure and high temperature heat medium can be obtained,which is convenient for adjustment and uniform for heating,and can meet the precise process temperature.
2.Liquid-phase circulating heat supply,no heat loss of condensation discharge,and high thermal efficiency of the heating system.
3.There are compensation technical measures in the system for the volume changes caused by the heating and heat release of the working medium and the temperature rise and fall.
4.Before ciroulating heat supply,there are technical measures to strictly control the air,water and other low volatile content in the working medium.
